If the file doesn't work as described and we can't resolve it within 24 hours, you get a full refund. We've never had this happen but the policy stands. See refund policy.
Yes — minor adjustments (e.g. tweaking power delivery, fine-tuning DTCs) are included free for 30 days after purchase. Major scope changes are quoted separately.
