How fast is A.R.C.H.I.E. really?
90%+ of files are returned in under 5 minutes, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The few that take longer are usually edge-cases (rare ECUs or custom requests) where a certified tuner steps in to handle the job manually — and we'll keep you posted while we work.
What does a tuning file cost?
Files start from €39.50. Pricing varies by vehicle complexity and the number of solutions requested (Stage 1 / 2 / 3, EGR off, DPF off, AdBlue, etc.). Sign up for a portal account to see live pricing for any vehicle.
Which tools do you support?
All major slave and master tools: Alientech KESS3, K-TAG, Autotuner, MPPS, Dimsport New Genius, CMD Flash, MagicMotorsport Flex, and more. If your tool can read and write the file, A.R.C.H.I.E. can tune it.
Do you only do diesel or petrol too?
Both, plus hybrid. Standard solutions cover Stage 1 / 2 / 3, EGR off, DPF off, AdBlue / SCR off, speed limiter removal, pop & bang, decat, custom maps. See Vehicle types for full coverage.

Do you offer training?
Yes — every KESS3 kit comes with free training, and we run additional one-on-one technical sessions (remote or On-Site) for new tuners. We also support our network through ongoing phone, text and chat support — no waiting for emails.

How do I pay?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Shopify Payments, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank transfer for B2B accounts. Portal credit can also be topped up in advance for high-volume tuners.
What's your refund policy?
Tuning files: if the file doesn't work as described and we can't resolve it within 24 hours, you get a full refund. Hardware (KESS3 etc.): standard 30-day return for unused, sealed kits. See refund policy for the full details.
When are you open?
Our team answers phones, emails and chat Mon–Sat 07:00–21:00 GMT. A.R.C.H.I.E. itself runs 24/7/365 — drop a file in any time and you'll have it back within minutes.
