Do I need previous tuning experience?
No. Many of our most successful tuners came from general mechanical or diagnostic backgrounds. Our onboarding covers everything from reading the ECU to delivering your first file — and we stay on the phone with you as you take on your first jobs.
How much does it cost to join?
There's no joining fee, no monthly subscription, no minimum order. You pay for the KESS3 kit (at our certified-tuner price) and per file via the portal. That's it.
What if I already own a slave tool from someone else?
Talk to us. Depending on the tool, we can often migrate you across — or trade-in and upgrade you to a KESS3 master so you're never locked into one supplier again.
Will I be competing with other BoostCo tuners?
Not really — the network is geographically distributed and our customers prefer to deal with their local workshop. We help allocate enquiries to the nearest certified tuner and share marketing playbooks to help every workshop grow.
What's the support like once I'm in?
Phone, text and live chat with real tuners — Mon–Sat 07:00–21:00 GMT. No ticket queues, no canned responses, built-in translation. A.R.C.H.I.E. itself runs 24/7/365 so you can submit files at any hour.
How long does it take to get up and running?
Most new tuners are reading ECUs and delivering their first paid files within two weeks of first contact. The pace is set by you — some go faster, some take longer to build confidence. Either way, we're with you.
