How fast is 'fast'?
90%+ of files are returned in under 5 (non slave power /eco tunes typically under 2) minutes via A.R.C.H.I.E. Edge cases (rare ECUs, custom requests) get manual attention from an in-house Tuning Professional — we keep you posted.
What do I send you?
Your upload your file through the A.R.C.H.I.E. portal - everything is done through this system.
What if it doesn't work?
If the file doesn't work as described and we can't resolve it within 24 hours, you get a full refund. We've never had this happen but the policy stands. See refund policy.
Can I get revisions?
Yes — Our system is capable of adding additional DTC's automatically through our bug reporting system. Anything else you can just raise a support ticket or speak to us on the phone.
Do I need a BoostCo account?
For one-off purchases, no — order through this page and submit your read file via the order. For high-volume tuners, a free A.R.C.H.I.E. portal account gives you faster submission, file history, and certified-tuner bulk pricing access. Apply to join.
