Common questions about tuning files
How fast is 'fast'?
90%+ of files are returned in under 5 minutes via A.R.C.H.I.E. Edge cases (rare ECUs, custom requests) get manual attention from a certified tuner — we keep you posted.
What do I send you?
Your stock ECU read file from your tuning tool (KESS3, Autotuner, MPPS, etc.). Standard formats — .bin, .ori, .frf, .map. Submit via the order notes or upload to the A.R.C.H.I.E. portal once you have an account.
What if it doesn't work?
If the file doesn't work as described and we can't resolve it within 24 hours, you get a full refund. We've never had this happen but the policy stands. See refund policy.
Can I get revisions?
Yes — minor adjustments (e.g. tweaking power delivery, fine-tuning DTCs) are included free for 30 days after purchase. Major scope changes are quoted separately.
Do I need a BoostCo account?
For one-off purchases, no — order through this page and submit your read file via the order. For high-volume tuners, a free A.R.C.H.I.E. portal account gives you faster submission, file history, and certified-tuner pricing. Apply to join.
