Common KESS3 questions
Is training really included free?
Yes — every KESS3 from BoostCo includes a one-to-one training session with our team. We help you set up the tool, do your first read/write, and answer any questions. Phone, video call, or in person if you're nearby Mullingar.
What's the difference between Slave and Master?
Slave tools work with files from a tuning network like BoostCo — you submit, we tune, you flash. Master tools let you tune the file yourself in software like Alientech ECM Titanium. Most independent tuners start with Slave (faster path to revenue, lower cost). If you want to learn to tune in-house, get Master.
What does the 12-month subscription cover?
Full access to Alientech's protocol library (18,000+ vehicles), all software updates, and Cloud Assist for the 12 months from activation. After 12 months you can renew at standard Alientech rates — we handle the renewal at our network pricing.
How fast is delivery?
Most KESS3 kits ship next working day from our Mullingar warehouse. International orders typically arrive within 2–4 working days. We'll send tracking as soon as it leaves us.
What if I need help after purchase?
Lifetime support — phone, text, WhatsApp, chat. Mon–Sat 07:00–21:00 GMT. If something breaks under warranty we sort it. If you're stuck on a tricky job, we help you debug it. That's the BoostCo way.
